Love Andy Warhol. You should visit the Tate Modern in London if you can, it has a few of his Campbells soup blocks, plus the Marilyn Munroe and Elvis works. Very cool indeed.
When will you and Katie be in Paris? Mum flies to Glasgow in June, and I'd love to take her to Paris in mid-late June. Will you and Katie be around then? Would be dead brilliant if we could all meet up over a cafe au lait e croissant (wow, how French am I?). Ryanair are having a $25AU sale that ends soon, so get back to me as soon as you can on the Paris dates.
Yep well that sounds about perfect. Katie and i get to Paris on the 1st of June, then a week out of paris or so and then back to paris more than likely. That will work excellently.
Yeah the Warhol was pretty amazing, they had some marilyn and elvis' as well and Van Gogh and Monet and Picasso and Pollack; pretty amazing indeed...
Love Pollock. So far, the Musee D'Orsay in Paris is still my pick of the museums. Spent ages staring into Matisse, Van Gogh, Dalis, Monet's water lillies paintings... amazing stuff. Totally kicks the Louvre's arse.
At the moment, I'm aiming to be in Paris June 15 - how long I stay depends on how cheaply I can find accommodation. Anyway, once I get the date booked, make sure you keep that week free from Europe travel, okay? Ahh, this will be fun. Can't wait to see Paris again.
